Completion Of The New Website for Art Holidays in Dorset!!

The Internet Consultancy are pleased to announce the completion of the redesign of the Art Holidays in Dorset website and help rebrand the company with a fresh new image. Not that there was anything wrong with what they already had, but to portray their range of services to meet the ever increasing demand for the full range of services that they provide.

Their old website was difficult to update themselves and also in comparison, expensive to host along with limitations to their e-mail usage. We were able to provide and agree a cost effective e-mail solution along with robust website hosting, newsletter data import and implementation, website security and back up facility. Let me ask you a question… What do the companies in the graphic have in common? Yes they are all global companies and are worth billions of pounds and are household names. They do however share one common feature in that they interact with their audience via a number of different channels including social media and e-mail broadcasting…. but there is one other… Push Notifications!! The Internet Consultancy team took advantage of the poor weather over the Christmas period to redesign the website and rebrand the company with a fresh new image. Not that there was anything wrong with what we already had, but to portray our range of services to meet the ever increasing demand for the full range of services that we provide.

The business started out in 2003 primarily as a Search Engine Optimisation Marketing Consultancy and Website Design Agency, with our core strengths in providing advice to existing businesses on how to get their websites found and on the first page in the Search Engines such as Google, Bing (formerly the Microsoft Network) and Yahoo. Over the years we have embraced and adapted the latest technologies to provide our clients with up to date analytical data on their websites and the most up to date software to meet their design needs.

The Visit Bradford On Avon website has now been completed.

The website strapline is ‘Whats On’, ‘Where To Stay’ & ‘What To Do’ and it provides visitors to Bradford On Avon with a wealth of information about local tourist attractions, places to stay, where to eat and a lot more. The website is database driven and provides a useful location map enabling visitors to filter places of interest and match their results with places to stay or other attractions nearby. The main benefit of this is that the user can find everything they need when planning a visit to the the area on one website rather than having to move from one website to another. Online booking facilities may be added at a later date dependent on the demand for the service.

One very important aspect of the website is that it is fully optimized for viewing on any mobile device which gives the website visitor a seamless experience when navigating from page to page.

Businesses are given a ‘free listing’ which they can claim and can then add basic details including an image, contact details and a link to their website along with a brief description of services. There are two upgrades to the ‘free listing’ which are the ‘basic listing’ and the ‘premium listing’, both represent excellent value with the ‘premium listing’ almost looking like a ‘mini’ website with photos, video, links to social media, special offers, plenty of room for descriptions about the business or service offered, the ability to monitor any reviews and provide downloadable coupons.

The listings are optimized to be found on the Search Engines and with links to the business owners websites this will help improve their own position in the Search Engines and of particular note and as most business website are not optimized for viewing on mobile devices, the listings on the website can be viewed with ease from any mobile device.
